Zusammenfassung

AspireHR is expanding its Managed Services Team and seeking a Payroll Processing Analyst to deliver payroll services for multiple clients using the latest payroll technologies.

You will handle payroll processing, tax reporting, audits, and client inquiries, with opportunities to grow our AMS & BPO practice. Bachelor’s degree required; SAP ECP experience preferred; occasional night/weekend work possible.

Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in payroll processing, with SAP ECP preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication.

Aufgaben

  • Prepare, process, and audit bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls for multiple clients.
  • Support payroll-related calls, emails and cases from clients.
  • Review timecards, deductions, and health insurance for accuracy.
  • Process employer/employee requests and changes in a timely manner.
  • Create and distribute detailed payroll reports, leaves, overtime, and retirement contributions.
  • Reconcile payroll general ledger accounts and payroll tax entries.

Scope And Responsibilities

We are expanding our team to add a Payroll Processing Analyst. As a member within the AspireHR Managed Services Team, reporting to the Payroll Processing Manager, you’ll get the opportunity to work with the latest payroll technologies and grow your skill set as you help build our AMS & BPO practice.

This team member will provide a wide range of services, focusing on multiple clients’ payroll processing, payroll tax reporting, audits, as well as supporting our clients with payroll calls, emails, and cases.

Specific Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the preparation, processing, oversight, and auditing of bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls for multiple clients.
  • Supports calls, emails and cases related to payroll for client(s)
  • Review and ensure accuracy of timecards, deductions, and health insurance.
  • Complete employer/employee requests and changes in a timely manner including issue resolution
  • Create, run, and distribute detailed reports including leave balances, overtime, and retirement contributions.
  • Monthly reconciliation of general ledger accounts relating to payroll, including payroll tax, workers compensation, 401(k) and garnishments.
  • Assist with changes to payroll manuals, system manuals and training manuals making sure these are kept up to date and accurate
  • Prepare monthly workers compensation reports in compliance with client scope of work.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual payroll reports for all federal and state authorities. Reconcile all quarterly and annual payroll general ledger tax accounts
  • Reconcile all payroll general ledger accounts.
  • Participates in Workers Compensation and Payroll Audits as necessary.
  • Processes fiscal year-end reports and reconciles W-2 information for accuracy.
  • Review payroll transactions to ensure accurate posting to the General Ledger.
  • Assists in documenting and updating procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Available to work nights and weekends occasionally
