Job summary

Little Green Apple is seeking a part-time Sales Leader who is enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, and customer‑focused. You will create a warm shopping environment, offer product recommendations, and support store management to drive sales and service excellence.

The role requires flexibility to open/close the store several times per week, work two weekend shifts per month, and perform stockroom duties and other tasks as assigned by the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of retail, sales or customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to open/close the store at least three times per week and two weekend shifts per month.
• Flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, inviting, easy-to-navigate shopping environment.
• Share product knowledge and promotions tailored to shopper needs.
• Support store management with the team and daily tasks.
• Assist customers in finding cards and gifts to meet their care needs.
• Maintain stockroom duties and store operations efficiency.
