Joinimagine is seeking a retail professional to join our store team in Aubonne. You will engage customers, drive sales, and maintain an inviting environment while upholding brand standards and shop policies.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of retail experience.
• Apprenticeship as a sales associate desirable.
• Advanced knowledge of English.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills, communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meets or exceeds store targets and uses available resources.
• Meets customer expectations, boosts sales and brand recognition with the customer service model.
• Creates an emotional connection with customers and acts as a brand ambassador.
• Proactively uses core and seasonal product knowledge in service for assigned store zones.
• Maintains an appealing, tidy store and pays attention to Visual Merchandising.
• Complies with SOM policies to maintain a safe environment.
• Ensures product availability by assisting with deliveries and replenishment.
• Handles sales transactions accurately and adheres to cash procedures.
• Minimizes loss by monitoring stock levels during service.
• Trains new team members (if applicable).
• Collaborates with team to meet store targets and transfer learning from trainings.
• Completes compulsory trainings and applies learning on the job.
• Shows willingness to learn and develop.
• Endless Aisle: promote online shop using tablets and inform customers about online options.
• Stays updated on online shop news/products to aid sales talks.
• Provides product descriptions and feedback via Endless Aisle tablet during sales.
• Informs customers about new ordering options within the country.
