Zusammenfassung

Spring Health is seeking a part-time, internationally licensed psychotherapist to join our provider network in Lengnau, Switzerland. Treat adults and possibly minors through a tech-enabled platform with in-person availability monthly.

You will work in a flexible hybrid model and deliver evidence-based care while coordinating with support teams. Candidates must have an unrestricted license in Switzerland, at least 3 years of independent experience, German fluency, and comfort with telehealth.

Qualifikationen

• Unrestricted license to practice counseling in Switzerland.
• Minimum of 3 years of independent clinical experience.
• Fluent German language proficiency.
• Telehealth competency and tech familiarity.
• Available to offer some monthly in-person availability in Lengnau, Switzerland.
• Experience treating minors (ages 6+) preferred.
• Training in evidence-based modalities: CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT.
• Office space in Lengnau, Berne, Switzerland may be required.

Aufgaben

• Provide counseling to clients with benefits ranging from short-term EAP to employer health plans.
• Treat adults identified via online screenings; may treat children, adolescents, couples, or families.
• Maintain calendar and complete session documentation in the scheduling system.
• Use evidence-based modalities tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with provider support and clinical care navigation teams.
• Provide culturally competent care upholding diversity and inclusion.
