Spring Health seeks a part-time mental health therapist to join our provider network in a hybrid role (remote and in-person) with some monthly sessions in Martigny, Valais, Switzerland. You’ll deliver care via our AI-enabled platform, coordinating with support teams to ensure high-quality outcomes for employees.

Qualified candidates hold Swiss licensure, have 3+ years of independent practice, and are proficient in English. Experience with minors is required; in-person availability is monthly.

Qualificações

• Licensed psychologist/psychotherapist eligible to practice in Switzerland.
• Minimum 3 years of independent clinical experience.
• Proficient in English and able to complete onboarding in English.
• Experience treating minors (age 10 and below) is required.
• Comfortable with tele-health and technology.
• Available for some monthly in-person sessions in Martigny, Valais, Switzerland.

Responsabilidades

• Provide counseling to adults with short-term EAP to broader health plans.
• Treat diverse populations including children, adolescents, couples, or families when appropriate.
• Maintain calendar and timely session documentation in scheduling system.
• Use evidence-based modalities tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with provider support teams and care navigators.
• Provide culturally competent care and uphold diversity and inclusion.
