ABB Smart Buildings in Switzerland seeks an experienced technical sales professional to drive market development with panel builders across the northwestern German-speaking region. You will identify opportunities, build customer relationships, and position electrical power distribution solutions.

Collaborating with internal teams and partners, you will manage projects from opportunity to close in a hybrid work setting based in Baden, Aargau.

Qualifications

• Several years of successful experience in technical sales or project sales.
• Technical background with a degree in electrical engineering, power distribution, or related fields.
• Ability to navigate complex sales processes and communicate with decision-makers at all levels.
• Proven track record of building sustainable customer relationships.
• Strategic consulting skills related to business models, market positioning, and differentiation.
• Structured, solution-oriented working style with prioritization and adaptability.
• Native French speaker; German language skills are an advantage; driving license and work authorization in Switzerland.
