OM Pharma offers a paid 6 to 12-month internship in Regulatory Affairs Operations, based at their Meyrin headquarters near Geneva. You will support regulatory data management, dossier maintenance and electronic submissions under supervision, with exposure to international pharmaceutical regulatory processes and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Regulatory Affairs, Health Sciences or a related field.
• Strong written and spoken English (minimum B2). French/Spanish an advantage.
• Comfortable using databases and document management systems; MS Office skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day regulatory operations activities and assigned regulatory projects.
• Maintain and update product and registration information in regulatory databases.
• Review regulatory data for accuracy and completeness; archive regulatory documents.
