OM Pharma SA is offering a paid 6- to 12-month internship at its Meyrin headquarters. Under supervision of the Regulatory Operations Team Lead, you will support regulatory data management, dossier maintenance and electronic submissions in an international pharmaceutical environment.

The role involves updating regulatory databases, preparing submission packages, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliant information throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Regulatory Affairs, Health Sciences or related field.
• Strong interest in pharmaceutical regulatory affairs and regulatory data management.
• Comfortable with databases, document management systems and MS Office; Veeva is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English (minimum B2); French/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day regulatory operations activities and assigned regulatory projects, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up of deliverables.
• Maintain and update product and registration information in regulatory databases and systems.
• Review regulatory data for accuracy, consistency and completeness.
• Archive regulatory documents and submission packages per internal procedures.
• Assist with preparation and technical review of electronic submission packages for health authorities.
• Collaborate to collect, verify and update regulatory documentation and data.
• Track regulatory submissions and project progress using tracking tools.
