Merck & Co., Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist, GCS Process Steward focused on Packaging Execution.

You will ensure SAP-enabled processes for packaging and operation planning are well defined, documented, and supported by workflows, SME networks, and SAP capabilities. You will lead standardization, training, and stakeholder collaboration across Global Clinical Supplies, contributing to process improvements and CAPA management.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or related manufacturing packaging support
• 3+ years of experience with SAP Production Execution, Master data (BOMs, Recipe and ECM) and related processes
• Experience with GXP compliance and business process execution

Aufgaben

• Lead the development and implementation of GCS processes aligned with objectives
• Act as knowledge expert of SAP and Global processes for packaging and operation planning
• Drive system solutions to resolve business challenges across GCS
• Support enhancement prioritization and maintain the Demand Tracker
• Drive standardization, implementation, and training on new processes
• Review SOPs and assess process changes against system impact
• Collaborate within GCS Global Process Steward Network
• Support tier management and escalations for transactional issues
• Contribute to Deviations, Investigations and CAPAs in packaging/OP planning
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify process-driven improvements
• Build trust-based relationships to drive change and priorities
