Elos Medtech is seeking a Packaging Engineer to design and develop sterile packaging solutions for medical devices at our Muntelier site. You will validate packaging, manage development projects, and act as the technical contact for customers, ensuring compliance with applicable standards.

Fluency in English and French is required, German is a plus. The role offers a 100% workload in a permanent position at our Switzerland facility.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sterile packaging design and validation.
• Strong project management skills and structured problem solving.
• Knowledge of EN ISO 11607/11135/11137/11737 standards.

Aufgaben

• Design and develop sterile packaging solutions (blister and pouch systems).
• Oversee packaging validation including seal integrity and shelf-life.
• Lead packaging development projects from concept to industrialization.
• Serve as technical contact for customers and build partnerships.
