Zusammenfassung

Elos Medtech is seeking a Packaging Engineer to design and develop sterile packaging solutions for medical devices at our Muntelier site. You will validate packaging, manage development projects, and act as the technical contact for customers, ensuring compliance with applicable standards.

Fluency in English and French is required, German is a plus. The role offers a 100% workload in a permanent position at our Switzerland facility.

What we are looking for:

• You design and develop sterile packaging solutions for medical devices, including blister and pouch systems, ensuring optimal product protection, functionality and patient safety
• You are responsible for packaging validation, including seal integrity, shelf-life studies and sterilization-related requirements
• You manage packaging development projects from concept through industrialization, coordinating timelines, resources and cross‑functional teams
• You act as a technical point of contact for our customers, providing packaging expertise and building long‑term trust‑based partnerships

What makes you a great fit:

• Degree in Packaging Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
• Proven experience in sterile packaging design and validation, ideally within the medical device industry
• Strong project management skills with a structured solution‑oriented approach
• Good knowledge of relevant packaging and sterilization standards, including EN ISO 11607, EN ISO 11135, EN ISO 11137 and EN ISO 11737
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus
