Futron Incorporated in Bern, Switzerland, seeks an experienced Construction Security Manager to ensure contractor compliance with site security requirements and to oversee information and personnel security for an overseas construction project. You will provide required security reporting to corporate and government security personnel.

The role requires working knowledge of the OBO Security Classification Guide and a minimum of five years’ security experience at domestic or overseas sites.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing information and personnel security issues at domestic or overseas sites.
• Working knowledge of the OBO Security Classification Guide for the Design and Construction of Overseas Facilities.
• Experience supporting overseas construction projects is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage security requirements and personnel in a complex project environment.

Aufgaben

• Ensure contractor compliance with all site security requirements contained within the contract.
• Manage information and personnel security requirements for the project.
• Ensure project personnel comply with established security policies, procedures, and contract requirements.
• Provide required security reporting to corporate security personnel and government security personnel.
• Monitor and address information and personnel security issues throughout the project.
• Coordinate security requirements with project management, employees, vendors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate security documentation, records, and reports.
• Identify security concerns and ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
