Zusammenfassung

LEMO GROUP is seeking an experienced Order-to-Cash Business Process Owner to own and standardize the end-to-end O2C process across its factories, hubs and subsidiaries. You will design a unified model and roll it out on Oracle Fusion Cloud, coordinating a network of local process owners.

The role requires 8–12+ years in O2C or related supply chain functions within multi-site manufacturing, with ERP implementation and data-driven KPI reporting.

ORDER-TO-CASH BUSINESS PROCESS OWNER

own the Order-to-Cash process from confirmed order to cash collection, across our factories, hubs and subsidiaries. Design and roll out a single, standardized process model on Oracle Fusion Cloud

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and standardize the end-to-end order management process — order entry, promising, fulfilment and shipment — across all sites and lead a network of local process owners to make it stick.
• Own the order-to-cash cycle: order processing, invoicing, credit management, downpayments, RMAs, and credit/debit notes.
• Manage frame agreements, call-off orders, minimum order quantities, and customer service-level segmentation.
• Act as functional owner for O2C in Oracle Fusion Cloud and lead its rollout across subsidiaries, as part of our global ERP program.
• Design the target O2C process model and drive its harmonized deployment, managing local exceptions through clear governance.
• Ensure O2C integrates smoothly with pricing, customer master data, VAT, customs and fulfilment, partnering with the teams that own those areas.
• Lead functional delivery for ERP implementation and ongoing releases: requirements, testing, user acceptance, and training.
• Build and lead a network of local O2C process owners and key users across subsidiaries and hubs.
• Define and monitor O2C KPIs (on-time delivery, order cycle time, perfect order rate) and drive continuous improvement.

PROFILE

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 8–12+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash, customer service, or supply chain roles within a multi-site manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience leading or contributing to ERP implementation programs; Oracle Fusion Cloud experience preferred.
• Experience with intercompany sales flows and process standardization across multiple entities.
• Familiarity with process modelling tools (BPMN, Visio, or equivalent) and comfort working with KPIs and data-driven reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain process change clearly to non-specialists.
• Structured, hands‑on, and comfortable driving change in a multicultural, multi‑site organization.
• Fluent in English; French or other languages an asset.
