Job summary

Connect44 is seeking an engineer to lead Access Network rollout projects. You will work with engineering teams, customers and partners to deliver 10G/50G PON solutions, plan activities, coordinate stakeholders and drive project progress.

You will act as a bridge between technical teams, project management and clients, taking ownership of risk and solutions. Ideal candidates have telecom experience (Access Networks, FTTx or Transport), GPON/XGS-PON familiarity, and exposure to Huawei MA5800.

• Drive technical delivery of Access Network rollout projects with engineering teams, customers and partners.
• Plan activities, coordinate teams and track progress to keep projects moving.
• Bridge between technical teams, project management, customers and subcontractors.
• Identify risks, anticipate challenges and drive solutions proactively.
• Support project leadership with planning, progress reporting and issue management.
• Continuously seek process improvements and more efficient deployment methods.
