Job summary

Connect44 group is seeking a dedicated Wireless Project Manager – Telecommunications for on-site work in Dübendorf, Switzerland. You will lead wireless telecom projects, coordinating internal teams and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates have several years in telecom project management, strong English communication, and the ability to work across international teams. German is a plus in this global role.

Qualifications

• Several years of project management experience in telecommunications, preferably wireless.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory).
• German language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage wireless telecommunications projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and customer stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, documentation, and progress reports.
