Job summary

coni + partner ag supports a private bank in Geneva by recruiting a Risk specialist. The OpRisk Process Officer will review risk frameworks, develop methodologies, monitor risk across the bank, and ensure compliance with Swiss regulations. The role requires strong collaboration with control owners and external auditors.

The candidate should have a Master’s or Bachelor's degree, CIA or CPA, and international bank risk experience. Fluency in English and French is expected; German is an advantage.

Qualifications

OpRisk Process Officer

Your Tasks:

• Reviewing existing risk management framework and processes
• Facilitating the process of identifying, evaluating, managing and monitoring risk across the bank including the development of risk management methodologies and tools
• Maintaining a sound high level end to end understanding of relevant business processes, systems and related risks and consulting with business/control process owners on developing processes and controls to manage risks
• Preparation of risk management reports for the regular management meetings and external risk reporting to auditors and stakeholders
• Conducting regular reviews of relevant policies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, including liaison with internal and external auditors
• Providing support, education and training to staff to maintain awareness of risk management and internal control within the organization.

Your Profile:

• Master's or Bachelor's

• Experience as a risk process manager in an international bank
• Good knowledge of the Swiss banking regulation
• Knowledge of the risk landscape in the banking areas
