You will drive program milestones, ensure scientific rigor and patient safety, and guide development plans in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of clinical development experience in biotech or pharma.
• Ophthalmology experience is required.
• Gene therapy experience is required.
• Retina experience is required.
• Glaucoma experience is preferred but optional.

Aufgaben

• Lead and support clinical development activities across ophthalmology programs, focusing on gene therapy.
• Contribute to clinical strategy, study design, and execution of trials.
• Prepare and review clinical and regulatory documents (protocols, IBs, clinical study reports).
• Provide clinical insight into patient safety, data review, and study conduct.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, CROs, investigators, and advisors to advance programs.
• Support regulatory interactions and contribute to development plans and milestones.
• Stay current on ophthalmology and gene therapy advances to guide strategy.
