Jobup is seeking an Operations Manager for the Technical Office in Mesocco, Graubünden. You will lead the operational maintenance team, plan road maintenance on cantonal and national roads, and supervise multiple maintenance groups across the district.

The role requires a Master builder or foreman diploma, several years in road construction or maintenance, and strong leadership with an entrepreneurial mindset. Fluency in Italian and knowledge of German are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in construction management or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-spirited approach.
• Proficient in Italian; good knowledge of German is required.

Responsabilités

• Technical and personnel management of the operational maintenance team.
• Planning and execution of operational maintenance of cantonal and national roads.
• Planning interventions of the four maintenance groups with ~30 staff, vehicles and machinery, in collaboration with four foremen.
• Support to the construction sector with site management tasks for road maintenance.
• On-call service as intervention leader.
