Origin Aesthetics AG, based in Zürich, is seeking an operations leader to build and run the processes that keep a fast-growing medical device distribution business moving. This hands-on role grows across order-to-cash, supply chain, inventory, systems, and commercial support.

You will own ERP (Odoo) and Shopify B2B, ensuring accurate records, smooth invoicing, and timely collections. German fluency (C2) and Swiss work authorisation are required, with French strongly preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 3-6 years recent experience in operations, finance, logistics, or supply chain — ideally in B2B or B2C commercial organizations.
• Has built processes from scratch.
• Hands-on with ERP systems — Odoo experience a strong plus.
• Comfortable with Shopify or equivalent e-commerce back end.
• Fluent German (C2) required — French strongly preferred — English working proficiency.

• Own and run Order-to-Cash processes including invoicing and collections.
• Manage Supply Chain & Inventory, inbound shipments, customs clearance, and stock accuracy.
• Maintain Odoo ERP as the system of record and support Shopify B2B.

Role Overview

This is the operational backbone of Origin Aesthetics. You will help build and run the processes that keep a fast-moving distribution business functioning. This is a hands-on role and would be a perfect fit for someone looking for growth in multiple disciplines.

What you will own

Order-to-Cash

• Receive and process clinic orders — same day, no exceptions
• Issue invoices and track payment
• Flag overdue accounts and escalate where needed
• Maintain accurate records in Odoo ERP and Shopify B2B store
• Interface with accounting and business management companies
• Organize contracts with commercial team and customer
• Act as collections or A/R as needed

Supply Chain & Inventory

• Issue purchase orders to international suppliers (Korea, USA, Italy, Germany)
• Manage inbound shipments including customs clearance and Swissmedic import documentation
• Maintain warehouse stock accuracy — cycle counts, replenishment, safety stock levels
• Support FSE with trunk stock replenishment

Systems & Process

• Own and maintain Odoo ERP as the operational system of record
• Maintain Shopify B2B store — product listings, customer access, order sync
• Document every process you build — if it is not written down it does not exist
• Help maintain and improve an operations AI agent

Commercial Support

• Coordinate congress and event logistics — booth bookings, materials, travel, setup
• Support rep onboarding — equipment, system access, expense setup
• Manage office and facilities

What we are looking for
