Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of coordination and coaching experience in maintenance Utilities.
• Experience in maintenance or operations in industrial settings, preferably pharmaceutical, chemical or food sectors.
• Willingness to work on-call and support shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead groups of specialists in GMP facilities and support their activities.
• Organize and supervise operations, facilities management, logistics, and maintenance of multiple modern units (HVAC, utilities, cold systems) in a GMP environment.
• Ensure compliance, drive improvement projects and foster cross-team collaboration.
• Contribute to installation and process improvements.
