Job summary

Randstad Switzerland is seeking a Lab Associate - Oligonucleotides Analytics in Basel for a 12-month assignment. The role involves performing routine measurements and developing analytical methods for oligonucleotides, with emphasis on HPLC (UV/MS) and data evaluation in a collaborative team.

Strong hands-on instrumentation experience, knowledge of GxP, and an appetite for documentation and method development are essential.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship in chemical lab with 2–3 years pharma experience.
• MSc/PhD candidates overqualified per ad.
• Experience with oligonucleotide analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine measurements for oligonucleotides using HPLC with UV or MS.
• Plan, execute and document experiments in a team.
• Operate chromatographic data systems such as Empower or OpenLab.
• Evaluate data with Genedata or Oligo Analysis Accelerator.
• Develop and validate analytical methods for quality assessment of oligonucleotides.
• Ensure GxP compliance and SOP adherence.
