Ontinue is seeking a hands-on Office Manager to run day-to-day operations of our Zurich office on a 60% basis. You will be the face of the office, manage vendors, coordinate facilities, and ensure a welcoming experience for employees and visitors.

In this fast-paced tech environment, you’ll collaborate with leadership across functions, support events, and help maintain a smooth, efficient workplace. On-site presence is required during core days with some flexibility for events.

Your Mission

We're looking for a hands-on, proactive Office Manager to run day-to-day operations of our Zurich office on a 60% basis (part-time). In this role, you'll be the face of the office, keeping everything running smoothly, managing vendors and workplace services, and creating a consistent, welcoming experience for employees, leadership, and visitors alike.

What You'll Do

Site Management and Operations

• Serve as site manager for the Zurich office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Manage vendors, including facilities, catering, and office services
• Oversee office supplies, ordering, and workplace coordination
• Support office events, team gatherings, and leadership visits
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure a consistent workplace experience

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience as an office manager, workplace coordinator, or similar operations role, ideally in a fast-paced, global environment
• Experience in a technology company is a plus
• Strong vendor management skills, with the ability to coordinate facilities, catering, and office services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable being the go‑to person in the office
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple ongoing priorities
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and adapting to shifting needs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business tools
• Available on‑site during core office hours (schedule to be agreed), with occasional flexibility for events or leadership visits outside standard hours

Schedule

• This is a 60% role (approx. 3 days/week or equivalent hours, to be arranged with the team)
• On‑site presence in Zurich required during agreed working days, given the nature of site management and vendor coordination
