Job summary

Nalios is expanding in Switzerland and seeks an Office Director based in Bern or Zurich to drive the commercial development of our Odoo service sales to SMEs in the region.

You will build and maintain a local client portfolio, qualify client needs, negotiate and close deals, and represent Nalios within the local ecosystem of partners and prospects, enjoying real autonomy and a warm, open atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Fluent Swiss German (native or native-level).
• Fluent English; French is a big plus.
• Established professional network in German-speaking Switzerland (Bern/Zurich).
• Proven experience in B2B business development, ideally IT/ERP/software.
• Valid work permit for Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the commercial activity of the German-speaking Switzerland office.
• Sell our Odoo implementation services to SMEs in Bern, Zurich and surrounding area.
• Build and maintain a local client portfolio.
• Qualify client needs, negotiate and close deals.
• Represent Nalios within the local ecosystem (partners, prospects, professional networks).
