Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum ~5 years in sea freight procurement, carrier management, pricing, or ocean product management.
• Strong negotiation capability and commercial judgement.
• Data-driven and analytics-minded with market intelligence capabilities.
• Advanced Excel; familiarity with TMS/BI tools is an advantage.

• Define and implement procurement and pricing strategies by carrier and trade lane.
• Lead negotiations with shipping lines, co-loaders, and partners for competitive rates and capacity.
• Build and maintain carrier relationships at local and regional levels.
• Oversee pricing data consolidation, validation, governance, and rate accuracy across sources.
• Support tenders, spot quotations, and strategic bids with margin-protective solutions.
• Provide market updates, trend analysis, and forecasts for rates and capacity.
• Benchmark pricing against market conditions to support decisions.
• Monitor win/loss feedback, quote response time, and carrier performance.
• Drive improvements in procurement processes, pricing tools, and reporting.
• Manage and coach the procurement and pricing team.
