Job summary

VAT Group, a leading vacuum solutions company, is seeking an Industrialization Engineer in Haag, St. Gallen, CH to drive industrialization of new products and ensure production readiness.

You will coordinate across interfaces, develop sustainable process standards, and support continuous improvement in manufacturing. Fluent German and good English are required, with strong communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Completed technical vocational education required.
• Further education in mechanical engineering, electronics or related technical field is an advantage.
• Very good German and good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience in industrialization or new product introduction required.
• Strong knowledge of process development, problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement the industrialization of new products and production processes.
• Ensure production readiness on schedule for new product launches.
• Coordinate design, procurement and implementation of production equipment.
• Analyze process deviations and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Manage and coordinate NPI activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and establish process standards within manufacturing workflows.
