Roche is seeking a Head of Network Configuration to lead the global distribution parameter strategy within the Diagnostics Supply Chain Network Orchestration team. You will define governance, optimize multi-node architectures, and ensure delivery reliability across affiliates, regions, and external partners.

In this high-visibility role you will steer transportation modes, lot sizes, safety stocks and routing, drive cost and CO2 reductions, and collaborate with Global Product Planning, Hub

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in SCM, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 7–8 years in supply chain or international operations.
• Expertise configuring multi-node supply chain architectures.
• Proven ability to lead leaders across geographies.
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Establish governance frameworks for distribution network parameter configuration.
• Steer decisions on transportation modes, lot sizes, rounding, safety stocks, and routing.
• Optimize end-to-end flow to respond quickly to disruptions and regulatory shifts.
• Leverage analytics to continuously monitor configuration variables and pivot to crisis mode.
• Collaborate with Master Data Management to govern all active parameters.
• Design multi-node supply chain architectures balancing service, inventory, and cost.
• Work with affiliates and Global Product Planning, Network Management, and Order Execution to standardize processes.
