Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Schaffhausen is seeking a Supervisor Production Support (m/w/d) to lead a team responsible for managing Non-Conformances and CAPAs in the Parenterals BU. The role ensures timely, GMP-compliant handling and close collaboration with QA and operations.

You will drive improvements, coordinate Change Controls, and act as a hands-on mentor to the team, delivering robust quality systems support in a highly regulated manufacturing environment in Schaffhausen.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office, SAP and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical ability to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Independent work style and resilience to handle challenges.
• Strong teamwork across departments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and environmental rules.
• Ensure GMP, EHS and SOX compliance and related guidelines.
• Timely creation, handling, and closure of NCs, CAPAs and related actions.
• Timely creation, handling, and closure of CHGs in assigned projects.
• Coordinate and lead NC/CAPA review meetings for BU Parenterals.
• Act as primary contact for NCs/CAPAs and COMET System.
• Serve as liaison for Quality Systems within BU Parenterals.
• Self-manage and develop the NC/CAPA team according to org chart.
