Job summary

InnoPark Schweiz AG in Zürich is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Operations & ICT 100% to drive strategic initiatives and national projects across all eight locations in Switzerland.

You will analyse ICT structures, improve processes and data security, and organise training on new tools. The role includes coordinating with external IT providers and shaping central platforms with automation and AI to boost efficiency and impact.

Qualifications

• Business administration knowledge and proven professional experience in a comparable position.
• Experience in the conception, management and control of projects.
• Solid experience in both operational and ICT environments.
• Know-how in change processes and change management.
• Good Microsoft 365 user skills.
• Fluent German and English skills.
• Basic knowledge of French or Italian is an advantage.
• Interest in meaningful work in a social environment.
• Enjoyment of working in a decentralised organisation with 8 locations in 3 language regions
• Willingness to travel regularly within Switzerland -- you see this as an enrichment and not a burden
• Interest and understanding of the professional integration sector as well as willingness to engage with its framework conditions
• Goal-oriented, networked and solution-oriented working style as well as enjoyment in making a difference together

Responsibilities

• Development, implementation and management of strategic initiatives as well as national projects
• Further development of an overarching process map, ensuring nationwide implementation and continuous optimisation in close cooperation with the persons concerned at all 8 locations in Switzerland
• Analysis of existing structures in the area of ICT, IT infrastructure and data security, development of holistic measures and solutions as well as creation and maintenance of corresponding documentation
• Design, organisation and delivery of training for employees at all 8 locations on new/adjusted processes, tools and IT/data security
• Responsibility (including controlling) for ongoing ICT projects and coordination with external IT service providers
• Responsibility for the evaluation, implementation/further development (including documentation and employee training) of central work and collaboration platforms as well as the use of automation and artificial intelligence to increase efficiency and success of InnoPark Schweiz AG
