Zusammenfassung

Auterion seeks an experienced IT administrator to oversee network and systems across German offices, ensuring security, reliability and compliance as the company expands. You will manage IAM, cybersecurity tooling, and export-control compliance for defense projects.

The role requires collaboration with an IT Support Engineer on-site and reporting to the IT Manager, with travel within Germany anticipated and proficiency in German and English mandatory.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in system administration or IT infrastructure in regulated security environments.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and IAM systems (Google Workspace IdP preferred).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices, endpoint security, threat detection and auditing.
• Experience with multi-site deployments and cross-office administration.
• Willingness to travel, mainly within Germany; German and English proficiency required.
• Compliance with export controls and defense framework standards is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own administration and maintenance of network infrastructure across German offices.
• Manage cloud platforms and licenses for availability and performance.
• Maintain VS-NfD network and document configurations per handling requirements.
• Drive IT certifications and compliance for defense work and joint venture.
• Administer IAM including provisioning, de-provisioning and access reviews.
• Manage cybersecurity tools including endpoint protection, SIEM and phishing sims.
• Support office build-outs and onboarding of new tools during expansion.
• Document network configurations, IAM processes and security policies.
