• Proficient with MS Office products.

Aufgaben

• General customer support via phone, email and chat.
• Assisting customers in German, English and French, and possibly Italian.
• Ensuring smooth operation of day-to-day processes.
• Handling various administrative tasks.
• Supporting other team members.
• Ensuring process optimization.
• Supporting daily business with quitt and, in the longer term, also with quitt Business.
• Acting as the company's front-facing representative and first point of contact.
