Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries from customers and business partners in Italian, German, Swiss German, French and English.
• Receive and process client complaints and issues related to cards (credit, prepaid, debit).
• Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of client concerns to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensure interactions comply with internal quality standards and legal regulations.
• Proactively find solutions and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
• Identify sales opportunities during interactions with customers.
