Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Manager, MSAT Strategy & Business Integration to join the Manufacturing Science & Technology team in a hybrid onsite role. This role supports the development and execution of the MSAT Strategic Framework across IM SC and Therapeutics Development & Supply.

The position emphasizes strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and value realization across global programs. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry (manufacturing / technical / supply chain) and/or Business/Finance.
• Ability to develop and communicate a clear strategy within a diverse environment.
• Ability to influence peers and leaders, and to manage cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the MSAT Strategic Framework.
• Track milestones and align strategy with global partners and leaders.
• Assess resources and advance global and regional strategic projects.
• Drive metrics, goals, and action plans for teams.
• Collaborate on case development and value realization.
• Lead governance forums and ensure adherence to the framework.
