Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz (ZG) seeks an MSAT Product and Process Science Engineer to help shape scalable sensor manufacturing. You will work within an agile MSAT team, perform DoEs, analyze production data and drive continuous improvements across the sensor platform.

Qualifications include a university degree in chemistry or engineering, experience in regulated environments, data analytics skills, and proficiency in Python or R.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in a relevant science/engineering field.
• Experience in a highly regulated production environment and GxP awareness.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to collaborate in an agile setting and drive improvements.
• Proficiency in programming with Python or R for practical tasks.
• Fluent English with German at least B2; willingness to learn more.

Aufgaben

• Own regular product care activities in the squad; drive investigations and root cause analysis.
• Lead corrective actions in manufacturing and implement process changes.
• Monitor production data and key performance indicators; drive CI initiatives.
• Support ramp-up of new production lines as SME; plan DoEs in lab and production.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners and ensure compliant documentation.
• Apply statistical analysis and basic data science to optimize processes.
