Zusammenfassung

Adryan is seeking an experienced Process Expert – MSAT to support a client in Basel, Switzerland. The role focuses on the implementation, optimization and continuous improvement of sterile manufacturing processes in a GMP environment.

You will work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality to ensure processes and equipment are effectively implemented, documented and maintained in a GMP-regulated setting. This is a hands-on process role requiring practical, quality-focused work.

Qualifikationen

• University/technical degree in a relevant technical field.
• GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or life sciences experience.
• Experience with MSAT, process engineering or manufacturing.
• Sterile/aseptic manufacturing experience is desirable.
• Hands-on implementation or improvement of manufacturing processes/equipment.
• GMP documentation and deviations/change controls experience.
• MES and SAP familiarity.

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement and improve manufacturing processes in sterile production.
• Support new processes, equipment and manufacturing technologies.
• Provide technical support for manufacturing activities including filling and in-process controls.
• Create and maintain SOPs, batch records and MES documentation.
• Ensure GMP compliance and validated process parameters.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Assist with deviations, investigations and change controls.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality to resolve issues.
• Support internal and customer audits and regulatory inspections.
