Proclinical Staffing is seeking an MSAT Cleaning Specialist to join a biopharma manufacturing team in Europe. You will lead initiatives to optimise cleaning processes, advance CIP/COP systems, and develop asset hygiene programmes to boost product quality and GMP compliance.

This role requires an MSc/PhD in a related field, deep biopharma experience, strong stakeholder management, and proven leadership of cross-functional projects.

Qualifikationen

• Strong background in biopharmaceutical manufacturing and GMP operations.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives and address complex manufacturing challenges.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and continuously improve manufacturing cleaning processes and equipment cleaning strategies.
• Develop compliant cleaning concepts in partnership with QA and other stakeholders.
• Standardize and optimize cleaning processes across manufacturing assets.
• Lead initiatives to enhance Clean-In-Place (CIP) and Clean-Out-of-Place (COP) process robustness and efficiency.
• Coordinate cleaning method development with Manufacturing, QC, R&D, and QA teams.
• Conduct cleaning-related risk assessments and implement resulting actions.
• Support process transfers, manufacturing campaigns, investigations, deviations, and continuous improvement projects.
• Act as the technical expert for equipment cleaning during customer interactions, audits, and inspections.
• Identify and implement innovative cleaning technologies and industry best practices.
• Ensure all activities comply with GMP requirements and approved procedures.

Proclinical is seeking an MSAT Cleaning Specialist to join a dynamic team in EU. In this key position, you will lead initiatives to enhance manufacturing sanitation operations, improve automated and manual wash processes, develop asset hygiene programmes, and support continuous process improvements.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.
