KPC International is seeking a MSAT Cleaning Expert for a 6-month on-site contract in the Biopharmaceutical sector. The role focuses on driving cleaning process excellence, CIP/COP optimization, and robust equipment cleaning strategies across manufacturing assets.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, QC, Engineering, Automation, Validation, and customers to ensure compliant, efficient, and inspection-ready cleaning operations.

• Develop compliant cleaning concepts in collaboration with QA and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive standardization and optimization of cleaning processes across manufacturing assets.
• Lead CIP/COP improvement initiatives to enhance process robustness and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate cleaning method development with Manufacturing, QC, R&D, and QA.
• Lead cleaning-related risk assessments and support implementation of resulting actions.
• Support process transfers, manufacturing campaigns, investigations, deviations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as the technical expert for equipment cleaning during customer interactions, audits, and inspections.
• Identify and implement innovative cleaning technologies and industry best practices.
• Ensure activities comply with GMP requirements and approved procedures.

Drive Cleaning Process Excellence in Biomanufacturing. Join a leading biologics manufacturing organization as the technical owner of manufacturing cleaning processes. In this highly visible role, you will drive cleaning process performance, CIP/COP optimization, equipment cleaning strategies, and cleaning innovation across a world-class biologics manufacturing facility. Working closely with Manufacturing, QA, QC, Engineering, Automation, Validation, and customers, you will ensure cleaning processes remain efficient, compliant, robust, and inspection-ready.

Education

• MSc or PhD in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.
