Job summary

Lonza Group Ltd. in Visp, Switzerland is seeking a highly skilled MSAT professional to drive process transfers and support commercial manufacturing with focus on preparative chromatography.

You will lead efforts to strengthen process robustness, troubleshoot runs, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams while mentoring laboratory technicians. Fluent English required; German is a plus. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• PhD or MSc in chemistry or related field.
• 2+ years in preparative chromatography methods development.
• Strong chromatographic separation expertise.
• Experience with cGMP and data analysis.
• Fluent in English; German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead transfer of GMP processes to HKSM/Apollo facilities.
• Provide scientific support during startup and routine production.
• Develop purification strategies and troubleshoot.
• Mentor laboratory staff and drive process optimization.
