Zusammenfassung

Pilatus Aircraft in Switzerland invites engineers with SAP iMRO and maintenance planning experience to join our team. You will act as the lead process expert for aircraft and component maintenance, coordinating with Purchasing, Production, Logistics and Quality Assurance.

You will develop test scripts, run integration tests and support AVOR colleagues, while guiding training and change management initiatives across functions.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience with SAP iMRO in aircraft maintenance or component maintenance.
• Experience leading ERP implementations or process optimization projects.
• Strong written and spoken English and German skills.

• Primary point of contact for the implementation and administration of SAP iMRO in the area of aircraft maintenance / component maintenance
• Serve as the lead process expert, contributing your own subject matter expertise and coordinating with other departmental experts
• Coordinate cross-functional processes with other departments such as Purchasing, Production, Logistics and Quality Assurance
• Development of test scripts and execution of integration tests
• Coordination and collaboration with existing AVOR employees as well as active support for information, training, and change management initiatives

With this you convince us

• Completed technical training, such as a technician or engineer in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in maintenance planning, preferably with a focus on SAP; in-depth knowledge of SAP and the EAM and iMRO maintenance modules is desirable
• Project experience in ERP implementations or process optimization
• Experience in the field of Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) is a plus
• Strong written and spoken English and German skills
• Willingness to travel internationally on an occasional basis
