Job summary
Breitling in La Chaux-de-Fonds is seeking an Movement Development Process Intern (m/f/x) for a 6-month mission to organize how movement development projects pass milestones, formalize criteria, and define governance across production, development, industrialization, purchasing, and quality. You will also explore digital tools to streamline workflows and improve visibility of progress.

Qualifications
- Pursuing a Master's degree in engineering related to industrial processes or systems.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Exposure to project management, R&D or product development is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Map movement development process and milestones, clarifying decisions for each milestone.
- Formalize criteria and responsibilities for milestones with governance.
- Define stakeholder roles and governance forums for milestones.
- Track and report milestone progress to provide a clear view of project status.
- Assess current tools and identify opportunities for digitalization of the workflow.
- Review the existing digital flow proposal and adapt based on feedback.
- Explore shared visual tracking space to improve progress visibility.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
