Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree or PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience with MOCVD systems used for III-V semiconductor materials.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data handling experience.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Aufgaben

• Plan and prepare epitaxial growth of GaAs- and InP-based laser diode structures.
• Coordinate material characterization activities and analyze results for development and manufacturing.
• Drive continuous improvements in process performance, yield, and quality.
• Support the implementation and optimization of new equipment, software tools, and manufacturing solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering and R&D to develop innovative MOCVD processes for photonics products.
• Participate in root cause investigations and process troubleshooting.
• Provide periodic on-call support as part of the team.
