Jobup seeks an Infrastructure Concierge to operate across Riviera-Valais Region, ensuring seamless concierge and maintenance services at multiple sites. This hands-on role entails inspections, minor repairs, and coordinating with tenants and clients to maintain high service levels.

The ideal candidate has concierge or facility management experience, strong technical aptitude, fluent French (B2), and a driving licence. A company vehicle is available for professional travel within the region.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in concierge work or facility management.
• Good technical knowledge and ability to perform manual tasks.
• Fluent French with minimum B2 level, both spoken and written.
• Driving licence required.

Aufgaben

• Carry out regular inspections of buildings and technical installations.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
• Ensure general upkeep of buildings, surfaces and outdoor areas.
• Maintain green spaces and perform seasonal tasks including snow clearance.
• Respond to client and tenant requests and provide quality service.
• Welcome and assist suppliers or companies on site.
• Monitor interventions by external contractors and ensure completion.
• Identify maintenance needs and communicate them to the manager.
• Support the site manager in building operations tasks.
• Contribute to safety and report hazards.
• Occasionally cover for a technical concierge as needed.
• Participate in on-call service as required.
