Qualifikationen

• CFC certificate or equivalent required.

• Physically fit and able to work at heights; comfortable with chemicals.
• French fluency, written and spoken.
• Driver's license and residence within 30 minutes for on-call duties.

Aufgaben

• Perform general maintenance of municipal buildings, including cleaning.
• Carry out routine repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Check and ensure proper functioning of electrical, sanitation, heating, ventilation, security.
• Prepare and restore premises for events and manage openings/closings.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and use of products safely, including chemicals.
• Manage waste and ensure compliance with environmental standards.
• On-call duties on a rota (evenings and weekends).
• Assist with apprentice training.
• Handle administrative tasks related to the role.
