Summit Recruitment AG is seeking a Middle Office - Operations Officer for a Swiss hedge fund in the Zurich area. You will join a small team of two middle office professionals and oversee trade execution and settlement, NAV reconciliation with the fund administrator, portfolio administration, and investor reporting.

You should have 3+ years in hedge fund middle office operations or similar, knowledge of fixed income, KYC/compliance, and a proactive, automation-minded approach suitable for a lean

Middle Office - Operations Officer – Hedge Fund

We're currently searching for a Swiss hedge fund in the Zurich area to bring in someone to supplement the operations function.

You'll be one of 2 Middle Office Operations professionals who oversee a wide range of responsibilities including owning trade execution and settlement, NAV reconciliation with the fund admin, portfolio administration, investor reporting/relations, and KYC/onboarding for new counterparties. As part of a small dynamic fund, your responsibilities are not fixed and you should be the type of person that embraces picking up new tasks and learning new skills.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years in hedge fund middle office operations, fixed income trading ops, or similar (people from brokerages, commodity trading houses, etc also welcome to apply)
• Ideally have decent knowledge of fixed income products
• Knowledge of KYC and Compliance
• Advanced tech skills and the mindset to continuously learn and automate where possible
• Thrives in a lean, fast-moving start-up environment and happy to wear multiple hats
