Randstad Switzerland is seeking an MES Engineer for Basel to join the Pharma Engineering Solutions team, focusing on planning, implementing and operating MES for Basel sites and ongoing MES development.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of MES experience as a System Engineer, and a solid understanding of GMP, CSV and Data Integrity, plus fluent German and good English. Occasional home office is possible as part of a hybrid setup.

Qualifikationen

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years as a System Engineer supporting MES systems.
• Strong IT architecture knowledge and data integrity understanding.
• Solid GMP, Compliance and Computer System Validation knowledge.
• Experience creating validation documents and risk analyses.
• Fluent German and good English required.
• Customer-oriented team player with strong communication.
• Independent, proactive work style.

Aufgaben

• Document management within the MES team and maintain SOPs and risk analyses.
• Administer and operate the MES system, including error analysis and on-call support.
• Analyze new requirements and help implement optimal MES solutions.
• Support Change Control Management and qualification/validation activities per guidelines.
