Zusammenfassung

The Schachen site in Switzerland is seeking a Senior MES Engineer (m/f/d) to lead MES (PAS-X) implementation and support within our Biotech Process Automation MES team. You will coordinate recipe maintenance, standardize GMBR/MBR designs, and ensure SES alignment with DeltaV and automation layers across sites.

Required are 5+ years in MES with PAS-X experience, plus 3+ years in automation/engineering for biologics or pharma.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science or equivalent, with at least 5 years MES experience.
• At least 3 years of Automation/Engineering experience in Biologics, Pharma, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of GMP/SDLC validation and change control (GAMP 5).
• Hands-on PAS-X experience (Werum/Körber) including Master Recipe Management and GMBR/MBR design.
• Ability to collaborate across sites and functions to enable MES excellence.

Aufgaben

• Lead MES technical solution implementation and support across sites.
• Coordinate and prioritize MES PAS-X recipes maintenance and development.
• Maintain and improve GMBR Design Standards and PAS-X integration with automation.
• Provide expertise for cross-site collaboration and technical knowledge sharing.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections as MES SME; ensure ALCOA+ data integrity.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of MES solutions between early and late stage pipelines.
