Zusammenfassung

Lonza in Visp, Switzerland, seeks a Batch Record Reviewer to ensure eBR execution accuracy in MES Syncade and maintain GDP compliance. The role is on-site, requiring 1–2 years of MES/DeltaV experience, GMP background, and strong analytical skills.

You will collaborate with Operations to resolve batch execution issues and support timely product releases while upholding quality standards. English is required, with basic German willingness to learn.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a technical field (Pharmacy, Engineering, Biotechnology)
• 1–2 years MES/DeltaV batch record support or administration experience
• GMP background and experience from a regulated environment
• Strong analytical ability to identify compliance gaps and documentation errors

Aufgaben

• Perform timely, independent reviews of executed eBRs in MES Syncade to ensure QA readiness
• Verify manufacturing steps are performed as intended and GDP compliant
• Identify, document, and resolve execution gaps, non-conformances, and discrepancies
• Support closure of Quality Records including CAPAs, Deviations, and Investigations
• Collaborate with Operations to troubleshoot batch issues and improve recipes
• Drive timely batch releases with complete, error-free documentation
