Sensirion is seeking a MEMS process engineer to develop and validate new wet etching and cleaning processes, contributing to production releases and future product lines. You will work in a motivated, interdisciplinary team with significant hands-on cleanroom activity and opportunities for creative freedom.

In this role you will collaborate across projects, troubleshoot production issues by identifying root causes, and help drive process improvements along the entire value chain.

Qualificações

• Completed degree in microsystems engineering, chemistry, materials science or a related field.
• Strong coordination skills and excellent communication in both German and English.
• Sound understanding of systems, processes and interrelationships in a microtechnology environment.
• 5 years of relevant experience, hands-on mentality, and strong personal responsibility.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new wet etching and cleaning processes, applying expertise in high-volume tools.
• Contribute expertise to projects and help shape future products.
• Support production with issues, identify their root causes and resolve them.
• Oversee the entire process chain and initiate process improvements.
• Development and validation of new MEMS processes up to production release.
• Challenging, exciting work with plenty of creative freedom in a motivated, interdisciplinary team.
• Hands-on cleanroom work — plan, execute, and analyze experiments, setup test strategies, data review.
• Work on the heart of our products...the CMOSens chip.
