Zusammenfassung

Distalmotion SA seeks a Robotics Manufacturing Engineer to drive industrialization and manufacturing engineering for the Dexter surgical robot and its accessories. You will own sustaining engineering, manufacturing testing, RCAs, and design transfer in a regulated ISO 13485 environment at the CMO site.

You will collaborate across functions to support ramp-up, perform root-cause analysis, and lead change-control activities while ensuring documentation and QMS compliance.

Qualifikationen

• MSc or BSc in mechanical or mechatronics engineering.
• 3-6 years in medical device manufacturing (Class II).
• Hands-on experience with complex electromechanical assemblies in production.
• Working knowledge of ISO 13485 and change-control execution.

Aufgaben

• Act as the manufacturing link between CMO, supply chain, quality and R&D HQ, supporting ramp-up.
• Perform level-2 production troubleshooting and mechanical root-cause analysis on electromechanical assemblies.
• Initiate and execute Change Requests and Design Transfers in the QMS, assess impacts on tech and quality.
• Edit SolidWorks drawings, assemblies and BOMs for manufacturing changes and submit rev-ups for R&D review.
