Dexterous Endoscopes in Lausanne, Switzerland, is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to turn prototype devices into manufacturable, scalable medical products. You will work with the engineering team and contract manufacturers to ensure manufacturability, reliability, and regulatory compliance, reporting to the CTO and helping industrialize systems.

Qualifikationen

• Experience transitioning prototypes to manufacturable products.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 and regulatory environments.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes for precision medical devices (injection molding, machining).
• Experience with contract manufacturers and external suppliers.

Aufgaben

• Lead design for manufacturing (DFM) activities to convert prototype designs into manufacturable products
• Work closely with contract manufacturers to establish production processes
• Optimize device design, components, and assemblies for scalable manufacturing
• Develop and document manufacturing processes and assembly workflows
• Lead design transfer activities from R&D to manufacturing
