Zusammenfassung

IQVIA MedTech seeks a Field Service Engineer/Technician to install hardware for automated medication dispensing systems in healthcare facilities. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals and lead technical initiatives in medical device technology.

The role requires 100% travel locally, regionally, and nationally. Expect open Monday–Friday availability with a typical 16–30 hours of work plus travel time. Training is provided and paid.

Qualifikationen

• Matura Diploma is required.
• Minimum 1 year related electronics, hardware, software or mechanical experience.
• English and German are required.
• Professional business acumen and communication skills are required.
• Comfort with basic software programs and Microsoft operating systems.
• Ability to work with design engineers, project managers & healthcare personnel.
• Must meet hospital credentialing and vaccination requirements; immunizations may be required.
• Ability to sit/stand long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Organize, test, and assemble automated medication dispensing systems; install and configure hardware, software, and devices.
• Review schematics, drawings, documentation, and logistics to support installation.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation.
• Ensure work meets quality compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with a team of support staff; manage project timelines and customer needs.
• Training for this role will be provided and is paid.
